Its like you learn my mind! You seem to know so much approximately this, like you wrote the ebook in it or something. I think that you just could do with some p.c. to force the message home a little bit, however other than that, that is great blog. An excellent read. I will certainly be back.

Probably not an issue in Alaska, but here in Australia canned beer hasn't (re)taken off because the shipping companies won't accept that beer is heat sensitive and ship it in un-refrigerated trucks. It would work if they treated it like, I don't know, eggs or milk etc. Of interesting note is Dr Tim's Ale, a canned version of Coopers Pale Ale available only in the state of South Australia (where Coopers is from,) notable mainly as they have worked out a way to "can-condition" real live ale, which was formerly not possible as the carbonation of the beer gave the can rigidity. Hence when in unconditioned state, the cans would crush when being seamed and/or stacked. Working with a packaging company, they've got around that hurdle somehow. Here's hoping they can export the process, no?

As a homebrewer for 3 years (all-grain), these all sound fantastic! I'm traveling from Atlanta, GA to work in Anchorage between mid-September and Mid-October. Where can I pick-up a few of these selections? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I have been to Germany multiple times and the Ratskeller is traditionally in the basement of the town or city hall. Rathaus is the name for city hall. Ratskeller translates as "councils cellar."

Do you know anything about the annual Humpy's golf tournament this year?

The Humpy's website has no information, and it makes it impossible to contact a human about it. When you call them, no one can or will answer. Very frustrating.

This would be the thirteenth annual event. Usually held about the third week in July. Appreciate if you have any insight or can shake the bushes for me!

Thanks,
Chris
